On eof the things I love about Bellingham...we are right on the water so we always get these "Severe weather warnings" and right now one is in effect for Thursday.! Yay! Okay, that might sound weird...it's not like I want a hurricane or something. I just like getting all cozy inside with blankets and candles and hot tea (well, lukewarm if the power is out). And of course you can still knit by candle light. Thats the best time actually.

In other news, if you are in the Portland area, go to THIS! Gah! I can't wait to get back there. I'm missing so much cool crafty stuff! And DIY Alert...the coolest ever. I highly recommend subscribing if you are into the Portland crafty scene. The latest podcast, Craftypod, even inspired me to bust out my neglected plastic canvas DS Lite case and re-do the sides, like I had planned on doing a year ago. New and improved pics coming soon...
